We strongly encourage local councils to establish relationships with public service announcement directors at local TV and radio stations and then personally present them with new PSAs.  For more information about PSAs and utilizing them in your community, refer to the Council Publicity Guidebook, contained in the Guidebooks section of this CD-ROM.
